Events this week

This week, we are excited to announce two events by Ajahn Kovido: a talk and meditation on Wednesday and a Q&A on Thursday.
Our events are free and open to all. No need to sign up. All are welcome to join!

Join us this Wednesday for the talk and meditation by Ajahn Kovido. It’s the fourth (and final) part of the series on “Knowing Innate Dhamma”

Focus of the session:
A Buddhist understanding of “Self”. what is it? what does it do?

—- Knowing Innate Dhamma —-

“Dhamma” means phenomena in English and its meaning is: “a fact that is observed to exist or happen”. Our first encounter with Dhamma are descriptions of what they are, their definitions, characteristics and other attributes. We accumulate these knowledge of Dhamma through their definitions and understand them through these descriptions.

“Knowing Innate Dhamma” introduces you to Dhamma in a way that is direct and different.

In order to be able to see and know dhamma clearly, we have to develop our mind through meditation and a simple meditation technique is introduced in this series.

See you on Wednesday! Don’t worry if you missed the earlier parts of the series; you are still welcome to join 🙂

(It’s encouraged to join in person, as this allows you to interact easily. But if you’re away, you are still welcome to join online)

We’re excited to share this additional opportunity for you to meet Ajahn Kovido!

This Thursday evening, you’re warmly invited to join and ask Ajahn any questions you may have—whether about meditation, Buddhism, or anything else. Even if you don’t have specific questions, feel free to come along and listen to Ajahn’s insightful Dhamma teachings.

Ajahn Kovido will be leaving Cambridge next Monday, so don’t miss this chance to meet him in person before he departs!

All are welcome!
